I also have a 14 yr old kitty, Tom. I feed him the same, ½ can and dry. He is now a diabetic and I have to give him a shot of insulin twice a day. Do him and you a favor and cut the can food if you can.thanks at least I know we're on the right track now. I dont need Oreo (the cat) to get any Fatter hes already 10 lbs and looks chubby
BTW, he is doing fine now and is about 15lbs. That is down from his top weight of 32 lbs.
