I live in England in a part known as suffolk. Its a very rural place, lots of farms, etc.

Here are a couple of pictures from the town I live in. Its a very historic place. A huge Abbey that used to house the remains of St Edmund once was there but was torn down by Henry the VIII.

Do you know why Henry the VIII ordered to commit such act?


It was all to do with Henry breaking from the Catholic church and the Dissolution of the Monasteries. Its difficult to explain and I never really paid much interest in history lessons so if you want to read up more about heres a link:

That will be able to explain it better. Theres even a link to my hometown under the section Process. :thumbsup:

I've always wanted to go to New Zealand for a holiday... For a loooong holiday too. It really is a beautiful place.
